What you’ll get:
1x 75-minute one-on-one session with Alice per month for the course of 6 months, offering tailored guidance, feedback, and practices specific to your unique journey, wellbeing, and fitness goals. These sessions are fluid and collaborative, addressing various aspects of your wellbeing—from fitness and nutrition to stress management and sleep. Together, you'll explore workshop content and any other areas where you need support, focusing on your belief systems, emotional barriers, and intentions.
Integrated with embodied movement practices and somatic coaching, these sessions are designed to facilitate your journey at your own pace. You hold the keys to your own healing, growth, and wisdom—I'm here to support and guide you along the way.
2.5hr Monthly Online Mind-Body Group Workshop. These sessions will combine a movement practice with group sharing and learning. Topics will cover:
Building strength, balance and overall fitness.
Learn how understand your nervous system and how to regulate
Tools for self-resourcing and why it is important.
Building a reflective practice and body listening skills
The art of acceptance and Somatic processing of emotions
How to use visualisation & affirmations to change behaviour patterns.
Sessions are on every fourth Sunday of the month, 2.30-5pm at Bedminster Quaker Meeting House, Bristol.
Monthly Practices (such as PDF Workbooks or Specialised Workouts/Self Care Techniques) to work with in your own time with life-time access.
Group WhatsApp or Facebook Group (if you wish) to connect with your community during the month
Access to Brave On-Demand Library of over a hundred pre-recorded mind-body workouts to suit every mood, energy levels or schedule.

Can I start at any time? I’m afraid not - this is a closed group that runs for 6 months Starting September 2024 until Feb 2025.
Where and when are the Group sessions held? They will be held on the fourth Sunday of each month 2.30-5pm in Bedminster Quaker Meeting House, Bristol.
What if I can’t make one of the group sessions? Don’t worry, there will be online recordings of material for you to use in your own time.
Where are 1-to-1’s sessions held? These are either in-person at Alice’s home studio in Totterdown, Bristol or via Zoom, you can choose.
What if I want to see Alice more than once per month? You can only do this if you join our Brave Transform Programme for 3x 1-to-1’s per month.
What if I change my mind about the programme once it has started? We offer a money back guarantee if you change your mind in the first week.

I reached out to Alice following a very traumatic year and the loss of my mum. My body was in a constant state of tension, and I felt as though the grief had become physical. I couldn’t relax and felt a lot of pain in my jaw, back, and shoulders. I found it hard to convey what I wanted out of the sessions—I didn’t want to ‘let go’ of my grief, but I desperately needed a way to work through and manage the emotional weight my body was carrying.
Over a course of one-on-one sessions, Alice provided a safe space where I could slow everything down, learn to listen, and just ‘be’ with my body. She guided me through breathing exercises and helped me explore the feelings and emotions I was experiencing. Most importantly, Alice helped me articulate the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of what I was experiencing.
