In order to see the change you need in your life to reach long-lasting emotional and physical vitality, you need an approach which is compassionate, holistic and reflective at its core. This is why Alice developed the BRAVE Method and is at the centre of everything we do. It stands for:
B - Balance:
We believe that true self-care must be holistic, embracing the full spectrum of what impacts your well-being. It's about seeing the big picture and identifying where life might be out of balance. Are you constantly in action mode, driven by productivity, without taking the necessary time to slow down and reset? Balance means finding the harmony between doing and being, between effort and ease, to restore and sustain your overall wellness.
R - Reflection:
Self-reflection is the cornerstone of effective self-care. By cultivating the habit of pausing daily, you become aware of your successes and blockages, enabling you to do the inner work needed to make lasting change. This practice helps you understand what you need and why, guiding your self-care journey.
A - Acceptance:
In our hurry to 'feel better,' we often overlook the importance of acceptance. Learning to be present with your emotions and becoming aware of the various aspects influencing your behaviour is crucial. This process allows you to integrate, process and find inner compassion, leading to more profound and lasting transformation.
V - Vision:
Change needs a clear vision. Knowing your goals and intentions is key to making them a reality. Our approach emphasises the importance of visualising and embodying the change you want to see, ensuring you stay focused and motivated on your path to success.
E - Empowerment & Enjoyment:
Empowerment and enjoyment are both essential. Finding joy in your fitness and wellbeing practices is a necessity for long-lasting motivation. We aim to make your journey enjoyable, ensuring you care about what you do. At the same time, we empower you to take control of your own wellbeing. You are the expert on you, and our goal is to help you become a powerful creator of your own reality.
