Brave Transform
Experience profound change with high-level coaching, support and guidance in order for you to thrive
Can you relate to this?
You feel stuck, juggling a busy life with countless demands, struggling to find time, energy or headspace for self-care. You have tried various workouts, diets or self-care practices before, only to end up back where you started feeling demoralised.
You’d love to feel at ease, to go with the flow and have all the space, energy and time you need to thrive. You want a deep sense of emotional and physical strength and freedom, that leads to lasting vitality.
If so, here’s how I can help
When we try to form new habits, we're actually reshaping our identity, beliefs, behaviours and even our brain's neural pathways. This is why exercise or wellness plans alone often fall short.
Understanding your unique barriers and mindset, with support, and taking small, meaningful daily steps is the path to true transformation. The 6-Month Brave Transform experience—combining one-to-one coaching, peer support, and personalised mind-body practices built on the Brave Method—will help you finally achieve the lasting change you deserve.
What you’ll get:
1. Initial Comprehensive Consultation
Your journey begins with a deep-dive, online or in-person consultation where we’ll explore your unique lifestyle, challenges and aspirations. We will aim to uncover the root causes of your wellbeing barriers and make an achievable plan for your journey forward.
2. Personalised Wellbeing Plan
Based on our initial consultation, I will create a bespoke wellbeing plan that could include exercise routines, nutrition guidance, meditations, breathwork practices, somatic techniques and mindset tasks tailored specifically for you. This plan is designed to be flexible and adaptable along your journey.
3. One-to-One Sessions
You’ll have three 75-minute one-on-one sessions with me each month, either in-person or via Zoom. These sessions offer continuous support tailored to your unique needs and challenges.
Our time together will be fluid and collaborative, addressing various aspects of your wellbeing—from fitness and nutrition to stress management and sleep. We'll focus on your belief systems, emotions and intentions, integrating embodied movement practices and somatic coaching.
I’m here to facilitate your journey at your pace. You hold the keys to your own healing, growth and wisdom.
4. Monthly Group Workshop
Every month there will be a 2.5hr Group Mind-Body Workshop (for more details see our Brave Connect Program), in-person on the fourth Sunday of every month at Bedminster Quaker Meeting House, 2.30-5pm, Sept 2024-Feb 2025.
This enables you to build valuable community support as well as being lead through a mind-body movement practice themed for that month that feeds into your 1-to-1 work. Group sizes are small (around 15) and are always welcoming and supportive and have time for chatting and making connections. If sessions are missed, online material will be given as a replacement.
5. Tailor-Made Online Material
Receive exclusive access to online materials and practices that you can follow along with at home. These resources are designed to complement our one-on-one sessions and provide you with tools and techniques to enhance your journey. This may involve material such as:
Strength, Cardio and Mobility Workouts
Nutritional guidance
Stress management techniques
Guided mediations
Breath work practices
Nervous system regulation techniques
Guided Visualisations
Printable PDF work books

This may not be a fit for you if you:
Want a Quick Fix – my advice is designed for steady, lifelong implementation rather than short-term solutions.
You can’t do any self led practice - the real work and change happens in your own time. You’ll need to know you can put in approx. 30 mins a day to practice as a rough guide.
Want a definite timeline for a specific result – everyone’s journey is unique and life is beautifully unpredictable to be able to give you this unfortunately.
Psychotherapy or Counselling - the work is reflective and can feel ‘therapeutic’ but this is not designed to be therapy for chronic mental health conditions.
If you are unsure if any of this applies to you then book a call or send an email at hello@wearebravemove.com.
Want to see if this program is right for you? Then let’s chat!
These calls last around 30 mins and aim to do a few things:
For me to here all about you and your unique needs.
For you to learn more about me and ask any questions you may have.
For us to see if we seem a good fit for working together.
If not, I’ll do my best to give you any guidance I can offer and refer you on somewhere. There’s never any pressure to sign up, just honest conversation to see if things are a good fit.
I’m looking forward to chatting with you!
Or if you just have a few questions you want to email over, then feel free to email us at hello@wearebravemove.com after checking out our FAQ’s.

How long is the Course? It is a 6 month investment into time for self development.
Will I need to practice outside of our sessions? Yes. This is where the true work begins! You need to know you can manage roughly 30 min per day of quiet time to yourself to practice.
Where and when are the Group sessions held? They will be held on every fourth Sunday of the Month, 2.30-5pm at Bedminster Quaker House, Bristol.
What if I can’t make the group sessions? Don’t worry, online material will be given to you as a replacement.
Where and when are one-to-one’s held? The time and day will be arranged with Alice on sign up and can be discussed when you first chat. We will aim to have the same time slot every week.

Testimonials
“Working with Alice has been transformational. She was able to meet me on every level, tackling a lifetime of emotional eating, shifting my approach to exercise to better take care of my body rather than get annoyed with limitations. She helped me gently tap into and embrace my own body’s wisdom and resources. Alice is a fiercely generous practitioner, sessions naturally morphed from guided meditations to pumping iron to therapy to excitable book club - we covered it all, talk about holistic!”

I reached out to Alice following a very traumatic year and the loss of my mum. My body was in a constant state of tension, and I felt as though the grief had become physical. I couldn’t relax and felt a lot of pain in my jaw, back, and shoulders. I found it hard to convey what I wanted out of the sessions—I didn’t want to ‘let go’ of my grief, but I desperately needed a way to work through and manage the emotional weight my body was carrying.
Over a course of one-on-one sessions, Alice provided a safe space where I could slow everything down, learn to listen, and just ‘be’ with my body. She guided me through breathing exercises and helped me explore the feelings and emotions I was experiencing. Most importantly, Alice helped me articulate the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of what I was experiencing. She directed me through stretches and movements to very slowly and safely release the built-up trauma I was holding onto.
By learning these techniques and putting together a ‘toolkit,’ Alice has helped me find a sense of relief and relaxation I hadn’t felt in a long time. I felt lighter in myself, as if a huge weight had been lifted. I finally understand what it means when people tell you to “look after yourself.” I feel better equipped to listen to what my body and mind need and take the time to respond.

“Alice is an alchemist. She has an amazing ability to harness tricky energies and sensations and transform them into experiences that affirm and empower.
Working with Alice has been life changing, and I mean that literally. As a neurodivergent person with a history of complex trauma, existing in my body has always felt overwhelming and unsafe. My nervous system was over-reactive - permanently stuck in 'doom' mode - and simple physical sensations held the potential to trigger me. I learnt from a very young age that I could bypass these difficulties by dissociating - separating from myself - and the decades that followed have only been half lived.
Working with Alice has made me brave. While I've by no means cured my default dissociation (at least not yet!) I've discovered that I can put it on pause for a bit, and the power that comes with changing such patterning.
Through Alice I've learnt that I *can* be in my body, and that my sensitivity is a strength. Within the safety of our sessions, I have faced and felt and processed emotions and experiences that were locked away inside my body. Alice's loving and compassionate presence and unwavering unconditional support has played a key role in these experiences: I absolutely could not have done it alone.
Alice has taught me how to trust: my mind, my body - and other people too. I trust Alice implicitly. I can be fully myself in her presence without fear of rejection or mockery or being misunderstood. She's the first person I've ever felt truly safe with. I have grown so much with Alice's support and I hope to continue working and growing with her for years to come.”

“When I started working with Alice, I was in a problematic place regarding my body and mind. I was fatigued and felt despondent about engaging in the same old fitness and diet routines that I had tried many times before and could not maintain. I ended up in a cycle of feeling like I had failed at sticking to a diet and exercise plan.
The first step with Alice was understanding the ‘pendulum swing’ of diet and exercise and engaging with myself holistically and kindly. Through my sessions with Alice, I have learnt to nourish my body and to move in a way that makes me feel good in the moment.
Areas of growth for me were when I was able to explore with Alice my tendencies towards emotional eating and the deeper reasons for this. This has helped me identify my emotional needs and find other ways of helping myself instead of using food as a comfort.
Learning to move and exercise with Alice has been fun. It has helped me feel different about my body and better about myself. I have more energy and am stronger.
Alice has helped me realise that I feel better in the daily moments when I choose to listen to and respond to my body in a caring and compassionate way. I can see the changes daily in my work with Alice, and it's been very personally rewarding.”

“Working with Alice I can honestly say it is one of the best things in my life I have ever done.
Alice was recommended to me by a good friend, who could see how much I needed the support. I felt I was at rock bottom, so agreed to give it a try.
I have always struggled with feeling vulnerable, but I felt so at ease with Alice in our first session that I have been seeing her weekly since, and I can not overstate how much this has transformed life for me.
It is, of course, all a process (and a challenging one), but I am now more able to tune in to my body and connect with my soul. I was so ‘switched on’ to my brain before, that although I had tried other types of therapeutic practices at different stages in my life, keen to learn, nothing had ever really yet clicked for me - despite my willingness for it to - until Alice.
Our sessions are very fluid and organic; there is no expectation or pressure from Alice to follow a particular route. Alice is so tuned in and experienced in so many different areas, that everything unfolds as it should. This has enabled me to fully engage with the process and move through each stage at my own pace.
Alice has given me a safe space to talk about very personal things about my past, that I have not spoken of before. It feels very liberating to be able to do this.
I am finding greater acceptance in my life for the things I can’t change, the things I can but can maybe leave for now (or altogether), and greater motivation for the things I can and want to change.
Everything seems so much clearer for me. I am finding purpose and contentment in the moments, and am able to trust my gut, whereas previously I had always doubted myself, which kept me in an endless and, quite honestly, painful cycle.
As cliche as it sounds, I am finding myself. And I finally feel such peace and hope.
I cannot recommend Alice highly enough and would urge anyone, whatever you are experiencing right now, to give it a try. You have nothing to lose and potentially everything to gain, like me.”
