What to expect from Holistic Personal Training
Alice combines her experience as a Personal Trainer with her Yoga, Massage and Somatic training to create unique movement and wellness coaching to suit you wherever you are in life. Giving you the support and information you need to feel empowered to move forward in your wellness journey.
Sessions will aim to look at your fitness and wellbeing as a whole, so as well as working on your strength and movement potential, sessions may also explore areas such as: mindset and motivation, breath, stress management, body image and your relationship with food; if you’d like to. Sessions are very much fluid and collaborative, fitting your mood and needs on the day.
Alice does not believe in ‘transformation programs’ or diets, instead it will be a mindful journey with tailored advice that you can stick to for life, rather than a ‘quick fix’. Sessions will aim to empower you to listen to your own body and encourage the best from you with kindness and support.
Prices:
1x 60 min session = £45
4x 60 min sessions = £160
Qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Trainer
250+ hours Yoga Teacher
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Level 3
Certificate in Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies
